is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission
is to build user's trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of
fair information practices. This
privacy statement covers the Web site zedzone.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to
your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its

Our core privacy
principles

WE WILL NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
TO THIRD PARTIES for any purpose including marketing and will only disclose
your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Terms of
Service and User Agreement ("Agreement"), or with your explicit
consent. Some of the personally identifiable information we gather from you is
necessary for the ZedZone website ("Website") operation while other
information is used to enhance the Website's usability.

We share your personal information with other
ZedZone members ("Members") in accordance with our Privacy Policy and
our Terms of Service and User Agreement to help facilitate transactions between
Members and to allow Members to contact you.
3.
We disclose limited personal contact information
(a) to verified requests by law enforcement and government officials who
conduct criminal investigations and require a subpoena for additional personal
information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy or (b) in situations in
which we feel it is necessary to protect the safety of members of the public
and Members or visitors (collectively, "Users") of all of the
services provided by ZedZone ("Services").

We give you choices about how you wish to be
contacted in the My Account section of ZedZone.

An updated version of our Privacy Policy will be
posted on the Website with the "last modified on" date clearly
displayed, so you have the opportunity to read the modified policy and reject
such changes.

We let you change your personal information so that

information secure on ZedZone.
Information
Collection
Registration
In order to be a Member of this Website, you must first complete the registration
form and create a username and password. During registration you are required
to give contact information (such as name and e-mail address). See
"Communications from the Website," below, for ways in which we may
contact you.
ZedZone
is the sole owner of the information collected on ZedZone. ZedZone collects
personally identifiable information from our Users at several different points
on our Website.
Surveys or Contests
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on the
Website. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable
information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely
voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this
information. The requested information typically includes contact information
(such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip
code).
We
use this information to contact you for a variety of reasons, including, but
not limited to, requesting additional information or clarification, monitoring
site traffic, personalizing the site, notifying Users of survey results, or
notifying contest winners regarding contest results and award prizes.

may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests;
that company will be prohibited from using our Users' personally identifiable

Invite to ZedZone
You may choose to invite someone to view or join ZedZone or a particular
CommZone. When you select these options from the "Invite" link on the
Website, we will ask you for your friend's name and e-mail address or ZedZone
username. ZedZone will automatically send your friend a one-time e-mail or
ZedMail, inviting him or her to visit or join the Website or CommZone. ZedZone
stores this information for the purposes of sending this one-time e-mail or ZedMail
and tracking the success of this invitation method.
Your friend may contact us to request that we remove this information from our
database.
Uses of
Information
ZedZone
may utilize User information in a variety of ways, such as to provide account
security, allow for and enhance various functions on the site, or as part of an
effort to deliver special offers and ads likely to be of interest to the User.
Communications
from the Website
Newsletters
You are automatically subscribed to receive our newsletter. We will use your
name and e-mail address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your
privacy, you may opt-out by selecting the appropriate option within Mail
Settings in My Account on the Website. Notifications
Notifications are automatically generated messages, which inform Users that any
of a variety of events has occurred (for example, that a new ZedMail has been
received or someone has displayed or published ("Posted") a reply to
a User's Post). Within Mail
Settings in My Account, you can choose to receive your notifications via
e-mail, ZedMail, or both. Further,
in My Account, within Mail Settings, you can choose which of the variety of
notifications available to you on ZedZone you wish to receive.
Special Offers
We may occasionally e-mail you information on products, services, special
deals, promotions, or new ZedZone features. You will automatically receive
these e-mails upon registration. Out of respect for your privacy, you may
opt-out by selecting the appropriate option within Mail Settings in My Account
on the Website.
Support
ZedZone will communicate with you in response to inquiries that you submit via
the "Contact Us" link in Help to assist you in whatever it is you
request, work to improve the Website for you based on suggestions you provide,
etc. Although you cannot opt-out
of this communication, it will only be applicable to you if you submit a
request through this channel. We will communicate with you by e-mail or
ZedMail.
Your Account
Based on the personally identifiable information you provide us when you join,
we will send you a welcoming e-mail and/or ZedMail. Further, we will contact
you by e-mail to inform you regarding important information about your account.
You cannot opt-out of this
communication as it is pertinent to the Website's functioning and operation.
Third Party
Communications
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third
party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed
choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Log Files

Clear Gifs (Web
Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web
Bugs), that helps us better manage content on the Website by informing us what
content is effective. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a User's
computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are
about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the
information gathered by clear gifs to our Users' personally identifiable
information.
Third Party Advertisers
The ads appearing on this Website are delivered to Users by third party
advertisers. We share Website usage information about Users only with reputable
third parties for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements
on the Website.
Third
party advertisers may use cookies and clear GIFs on the Website, which would
allow them to recognize a User's cookie when a User visits ZedZone. The

ZedZone User accounts are secured by User-created usernames and passwords.

customer service personnel and technical staff. However, please note that no
method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is
