All services provided by the ZedZone website (the "Website") will be referred to in this Terms of Service and User Agreement ("Agreement") as the "Services". IF YOU VISIT OR USE ZEDZONE, YOU ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. ZedZone may be referred to, throughout this Agreement, as "we," "us," or "our." By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have joined ZedZone). A user ("User") is either a Visitor or a Member. If you access or use the Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the Website immediately and discontinue use of the Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by checking the "I Agree" box at the end of this document before completing the Registration process.

This Agreement includes ZedZone's policy for acceptable use of the Services and any content, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") posted on the Website; your rights, obligations, and restrictions regarding your use of the Services; and ZedZone's Privacy Policy, included at the end of this Agreement. In order to participate in certain Services, you may be notified that you are required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. You may receive a copy of this Agreement by clicking on the Agreement link at the bottom of each ZedZone page.

ZedZone may modify this Agreement, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting of the revised Agreement by ZedZone on the Website. The modified Agreement will be accessible via a link at the bottom of each ZedZone page, with the "last modified on" date clearly displayed. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Services after any such modification is posted. If at any time you do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Website and the Services immediately. Continued use of the Website after a revised Agreement has been posted on the Website binds you to the Agreement, complete with the Modifications.

1. Eligibility. Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older, or you are 13 years of age or older and supervised by a parent or guardian who agrees to this Agreement and your use of it; and (d) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your Membership may be terminated without warning if it appears as though you have not met these eligibility requirements.
   
   
2. Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or are a Member. ZedZone may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this complete Agreement will remain in effect.
   
   
3. Fees. You acknowledge that ZedZone reserves the right to charge for the Services and to change its fees at its discretion. If ZedZone terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused fees.
   
   Joining ZedZone and using much of the Website is free. We do charge fees for certain features. When you use a feature that has (an) associated fee(s), you have an opportunity to review and accept the charge(s). We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free listing days) or new services, and such changes are effective while the temporary promotional event or new service is posted on the Website.
   
   Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Website in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection methods including, but not limited to, charging other payment options on file with us or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.
   
   
4. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify ZedZone immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
   
   
5. Non-commercial Use by Members. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or e-mail addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail, ZedMail, or displaying or publishing ("Posting") on the Website, or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from any Content without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.
   
   
6. Proprietary Rights in Content on ZedZone. By Posting Content on or through the Services, you grant to ZedZone a non-exclusive (here meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to ZedZone), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that ZedZone is not required to pay you for the use on the Website of the Content that you Post) worldwide license with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicensees. This license grants ZedZone the right to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit, and distribute such Content on and through the Services.
   
   Notwithstanding the foregoing, a back-up or residual copy of the Content Posted by you may remain on the ZedZone servers after you have removed the Content from the Services, and ZedZone retains the rights to those copies. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own the Content Posted by you on or through the Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (b) the Posting of your Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content Posted by you on or through the Services.
   
   The Services contain Content of ZedZone ("ZedZone Content"). ZedZone Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and ZedZone owns and retains all rights in the ZedZone Content and Services. ZedZone hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the ZedZone Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Website and using the Services.
   
   
7. Copyright Policy (User's Copyright). The Services contain Content of Users and other ZedZone licensors. Except for Content Posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Services. Further, you may not Post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of ZedZone to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to ZedZone by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and Posted on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide ZedZone with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website; (d) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (e) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. By providing ZedZone with this information, we can evaluate whether the violating User's Membership should be terminated and otherwise track User rights. However, ZedZone will not take legal action on behalf of any User or act as representative of the User in any way. 8. Content and User Conduct. Please choose carefully the information you Post on ZedZone and that you provide to other Users. Your ZedZone CommZone may NOT include the following items: any photographs containing nudity or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided on other ZedZone Users' Profiles or CommZones may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit material, products, or services, and ZedZone assumes no responsibility or liability for this material.
   
   ZedZone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to Post, or remove any Posting (including ZedMail), or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. ZedZone assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time ZedZone chooses, at its sole discretion, to monitor the Services, ZedZone nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.
   
   You are solely responsible for the Content that you Post on or through any of the Services, for any material or information that you transmit to other Users and for your interactions with other Users. ZedZone does not endorse any Content on the Website. Content is not necessarily reviewed by ZedZone prior to Posting and does not reflect the opinions or policies of ZedZone. ZedZone makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Users.
   
   ZedZone reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, at ZedZone's sole discretion, violates this provision, including, without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services and terminating the Membership of such violators. If you become aware of misuse of the Services by any person in this manner, please contact us.
   
   The following is a non-exclusive list of content that, if Posted, violates this Agreement. You agree not to Post, e-mail, ZedMail, or otherwise make available Content:
   
   
   1. that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;
      
      
   2. that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct, including, but not limited to, (a) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex, (b) bestiality, (c) masturbation, (d) sadistic or masochistic abuse, (e) any kind of physical abuse or exploitation, or (f) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;
      
      
   3. that harasses, degrades, intimidates, causes physical harm to, or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
      
      
   4. that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating, in any notice or ad for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap, or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics;
      
      
   5. that violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws, including, but not limited to, stating in any advertisement for employment a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability;
      
      
   6. with respect to employers that employ four or more employees, that violates the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including, without limitation, requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (green card status) as a condition for employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or federal, state, or local government contract;
      
      
   7. that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a ZedZone employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures);
      
      
   8. that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
      
      
   9. that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";
      
      
   10. that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
       
       
   11. that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisements;
       
       
   12. that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if Posted in areas of ZedZone that are not designated for such purposes, or e-mailed or ZedMailed to ZedZone Users who have not indicated in writing that it is ok to contact them about other services, products, or commercial interests;
       
       
   13. that includes links to commercial services or websites, except as allowed by Users or as otherwise allowed in this Agreement;
       
       
   14. that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any item, the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law;
       
       
   15. that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
       
       
   16. that involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
       
       
   17. that contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
       
       
   18. that involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, or advertising, except as otherwise permitted in this Agreement. Further, you agree not to make available Content that involves, in any fashion, pyramid schemes;
       
       
   19. that includes a photograph of another person without that person's consent;
       
       
   20. that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Services or that otherwise negatively affects other Users' ability to use the Services; or
       
       
   21. that employs misleading e-mail addresses, forged headers, or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Services.
       
       
   Additionally, you agree not to:
   
   
   1. contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
      
      
   2. "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
      
      
   3. collect personal data or solicit passwords or personal identifying information about or from other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
      
      
   4. promote information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
      
      
   5. promote an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
      
      
   6. further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
      
      
   7. use automated means, including, without limitation, spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Services—unless expressly permitted by ZedZone;
      
      
   8. Post irrelevant Content, repeatedly Post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
      
      
   9. Post an item or service in a classified category not related to that item or service;
      
      
   10. solicit personal information from anyone under 18;
       
       
   11. attempt to gain unauthorized access to ZedZone's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Services or the Website; or
       
       
   12. use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of Postings on ZedZone without each Posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting device"), including, without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit Postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of Postings at regular intervals.
       
       
   Further, the following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Website and through your use of the Services. ZedZone reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, at ZedZone's sole discretion, violates this provision, including, without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
   
   
   1. criminal or tortuous activity, including, without limitation, child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
      
      
   2. advertising to, or solicitation of, any User to buy or sell any products or services through the Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other Users . It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Users from such advertising or solicitation, ZedZone reserves the right to restrict the number of times within any 24-hour period a Member may send any form of communication, including, without limitation, e-mail, ZedMail, or Posts, to a number which ZedZone deems appropriate at its sole discretion. If you breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk e-mail, instant messages, or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to ZedZone, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay ZedZone $50 for each such unsolicited e-mail or other unsolicited communication you send through the Services;
      
      
   3. covering or obscuring advertisements on your personal profile page or any ZedZone page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
      
      
   4. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services;
      
      
   5. attempting to impersonate any User or person;
      
      
   6. using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time, disclosing your password to any third party, or permitting any third party to access your account;
      
      
   7. selling or otherwise transferring your account;
      
      
   8. using any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
      
      
   9. using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations;
      
      
   10. failing to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity;
       
       
   11. manipulating the price of any item or interfering with other Users' listings; or
       
       
   12. circumventing or manipulating our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to ZedZone or other Users.
       
       
9. Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other ZedZone Users. ZedZone reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other Users.
   
   
10. Resolution of Disputes with ZedZone. If a dispute arises between you and ZedZone, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and ZedZone agree that we will resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy at law or equity (a "Claim") that arises out of this Agreement or our services in accordance with one of the subsections below or as you and ZedZone otherwise agree in writing. If there is any Claim about or involving the Services, you agree that the Claim shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois. Either ZedZone or you may demand that any Claim between ZedZone and you arising out of this Agreement must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and in accordance with the Arbitration Option subsection below.
    
    
1. Law and Forum for Disputes. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any Claim you may have against ZedZone must be resolved by a court located in Cook County, Illinois, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration Option subsection below. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Cook County, Illinois for the purpose of litigating all such Claims.
   
   
2. Arbitration Option. For any Claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost-effective manner, through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. In the event a party elects arbitration, they shall initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: (a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online, and/or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner of which shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; (b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and (c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   
   
3. Improperly Filed Claims. All Claims you bring against ZedZone must be resolved in accordance with this Resolution of Disputes with ZedZone section. All claims filed or brought contrary to this section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a Claim contrary to this section, ZedZone may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000, provided that ZedZone has notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
   
   
11. Privacy. Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and can be found at the end of this Agreement.
    
    
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers of Warranties. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEDZONE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL OR REPUTATION, EVEN IF ZEDZONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE ZEDZONE SITE OR SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
    
    SUCH LIMITATION ALSO APPLIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH ZEDZONE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE SITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH ZEDZONE OR OUR SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE SITE.
    
    NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, ZEDZONE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ZEDZONE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP, ACCESS, OR USE.
    
    SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES, SO SUCH DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
    
    ZedZone will not be responsible to you for other Users' actions or inactions, including items Posted by other Users. ZedZone is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content Posted on the Website or in connection with the Services, whether caused by Users of the Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Services. CommZones, Wikis, and other Postings created and Posted by Members on the Website may contain links to other websites. ZedZone is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by ZedZone. Inclusion of any linked website on the ZedZone Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by ZedZone. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. We take no responsibility for third party advertisements which are Posted on this Website or through the Services, nor do we take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Services.
    
    We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of any User communication. ZedZone is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the Services or any combination thereof, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation with or downloading materials in connection with the Services. ZedZone does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or e-mail sent from ZedZone are free of viruses or other harmful components.
    
    Under no circumstances shall ZedZone be responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Services, attendance at a ZedZone event, from any Content Posted on or through the Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the Services, whether online or offline.
    
    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND ZEDZONE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of the Services. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our Services, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
    
    
13. U.S. Export Controls. Software available in connection with the Services ("Software") is further subject to U.S. export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the Services or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export laws. By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that such download or use is not in violation of any such law.
    
    
14. Indemnity and Release. You agree to indemnify and hold ZedZone, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or arising from any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you Post on the Website or through the Services causes ZedZone to be liable to another.
    
    Further, if you have a dispute with or claim against one or more Users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
    
    
15. Other. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Website or any of the Services. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ZedZone regarding the use of the Services. The failure of ZedZone to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision and shall not operate as a waiver of any other right or provision contained within this Agreement. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. ZedZone is a trademark of ZedZone.
    
    
16. Severability. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
